Endeavour Hills WFC

In 2015 Endeavour Hills were one of nine new clubs to enter the Victorian Women's Football League. Competing in Division Three, they topped the ladder heading into the finals but then lost both the second semi final and the preliminary final to finish third. The 2016 season saw them elevated to Division One where it would be reasonable to infer that they found the going somewhat tougher, winning just 5 of their 14 home and away matches to finish third from last. Following a sweeping restructuring of the women's game in Victoria Endeavour Hills found themselves in Division Two of the South Eastern Women's Football League where they enjoyed their best season to date, ultimately making it as far as the grand final only to lose by a heart-wrenching 5 point margin to Beaconsfield. However, a year later, competing in Division One, they endured a tortuous campaign which saw them forfeit almost half their games and lose the rest to slump to an emphatic wooden spoon. In 2017 Endeavour Hills also fielded a team in the Development Division of the Southern Football League Women's competition. This combination did quite well to finish sixth, and a year later it reached the grand final, only to lose by 15 points to Murrumbeena. The SEWFL side meanwhile endured a horror year and slumped to last place after filing to record a single victory.
